Welcome to VEGAS HL, a decentralized poker and gaming platform operating on the Hyperliquid blockchain. By accessing or using VEGAS HL, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction) to use VEGAS HL.
It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming and cryptocurrency transactions are legal in your country of residence.
VEGAS HL reserves the right to restrict access to users from certain jurisdictions based on regulatory compliance.
Account and Wallet Access
VEGAS HL does not require user accounts. Instead, access is granted via Web3 wallets (MetaMask, Rabby Wallet, Phantom, etc.).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet credentials. VEGAS HL cannot recover lost or stolen wallets.
Your wallet address serves as your unique identifier on the platform.
Use of $VEGAS Tokens
$VEGAS is the exclusive in-game currency used for poker games, tournaments, and related activities.
Players can acquire $VEGAS by swapping $HYPE or $USDC on the VEGAS HL dApp.
All winnings and transactions are conducted in $VEGAS.
The platform may charge small fees, such as rake fees on cash games and tournaments.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair gaming environment, users must adhere to the following rules:
No multi-accounting: Using multiple wallets to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
No collusion or cheating: Coordinated play between players to manipulate game outcomes will lead to penalties, including account bans.
No use of bots or automation: Only human players are allowed to participate in games.
No money laundering or illicit activity: VEGAS HL enforces anti-fraud measures to prevent financial crimes.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees
Users can deposit and withdraw $VEGAS at any time via the cashier section of the dApp.
Deposits made directly in $VEGAS benefit from lower fees (0.1%).
All transactions are recorded on the Hyperliquid blockchain, making them transparent and immutable.
Risk Disclaimer
Playing poker and using cryptocurrency involves financial risks. You acknowledge that VEGAS HL is not responsible for losses incurred while playing or trading $VEGAS.
The value of $VEGAS and other cryptocurrencies may fluctuate, and you are solely responsible for managing your funds.
VEGAS HL does not provide investment advice.
No KYC Requirement (Currently)
At this time, VEGAS HL does not require KYC verification for participation.
However, regulatory requirements may change, and VEGAS HL reserves the right to implement KYC if necessary.
Platform Availability and Updates
VEGAS HL strives to maintain uptime and system stability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify the platform, including game mechanics, fees, and terms of service at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated through our official channels (Twitter, Discord, and website).
Termination of Service
VEGAS HL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms of Use.
If illegal activity or fraud is detected, we may block transactions and report suspicious behavior to relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
VEGAS HL provides its services on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
We do not take responsibility for blockchain-related issues, such as network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, or external exchange failures.
